In addition to presenting the long-standing employees with bonuses and gift baskets, the executives and managers spoke of their appreciation for the loyal service provided by Andreas Hof and Michael Schneider (40 years), Eva Müller, Agabey Türk and Andrzej Watzlaw (25 years) and Stefan Immel (10 years).  Chair of the Management Board Gerhard Albert commented: "There is no doubt that loyalty and devotion to one company are generally seen as less important today than they were 40 or even 25 years ago.  We are therefore all the more pleased to see every year that we at Ströher have employees who still embody these values and are helping the company develop over a long period of time. Not least because our development over recent years has taken us on a very exciting journey: from a niche provider of outdoor clinker ceramics to a ceramics group with a comprehensive and internationally sought-after product range. This depends on having employees who are very familiar with the processes at Ströher."  The Ströher Group is today regarded as being one of Germany's top providers of high-quality clinker and ceramics products, and is active in the areas of indoor and outdoor floor, wall and facade ceramics in equal measure.
