The Ströher Group welcomes its new trainees
On August 1, 2024, this year's trainees Johannes Roth and Nikolaos Alamanidis will begin their professional careers in the skilled trades as electronics technicians for operational technology and industrial mechanics for maintenance. As a ceremonial welcome, HR manager Volker Zimmermann presented the two trainees with a bag containing useful utensils for their everyday working life at the start of their training. "We are proud to offer young people a well-founded and practical training in our company. Our trainees are the skilled workers of tomorrow, and we look forward to accompanying and supporting them on their journey," emphasized Managing Director Dirk Hümmer.
With great commitment and a clear vision to actively counteract the shortage of skilled workers, the Ströher Group relies on dual vocational training as a strategic instrument and thus promotes young talent in various professional fields. Our trainees are not only trained in their technical skills by our trainers Stefan Kersting and Jan-Phillip Brandt, but are also actively supported in their personal and professional development. Through close cooperation with our experienced employees and practice-oriented training, we ensure that our trainees are well prepared for the challenges of industry. In recognition of its commitment to vocational training, the Ströher Group was awarded a certificate by the Lahn-Dill Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
