Over the past 15 years, zederbaum development GmbH and msp architekten GmbH have developed and realised a new residential construction project in Wiesbaden's artists' quarter. The CURVE residential neighbourhood with a total of 113 rental flats in 6 buildings was built on a plot of approx. 8,000 m² on the site of the state capital's freight depot. The architectural signature of the residential quarter is characterised by soft building shapes with curved balconies and a stylish clinker brick façade. An area of around 5,500 m² is decorated with the impressive water-fired clinker brick slips from Ströher. Around 18,000 corner brackets round off the curves of the façade. The combination of the high-quality material selection of the grain-beige clinker brick slips in 290 x 40 x 12 mm format and the precise geometric design lends the residential neighbourhood a timeless charm and an unmistakable identity.
