In a quiet side street of the Elbchaussee, a residential complex was built in the middle of a sought-after residential neighbourhood. A truly exclusive one. But an affront nonetheless. The aim was therefore to create the appearance of a detached villa on this 2,415 square metre park plot - at least visually - in order to better integrate it into the neighbourhood. The integration of the typical clinker brick façade into the modern white rendered façade has been skilfully achieved with Zeitlos clinker brick slips in the colour ‘charcoal gloss’ in a long format of 400 x 71 x 14 mm. Four maisonette flats and two penthouses - each unit with its own entrance, floor plans between 170 and 250 square metres, three-metre-high rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. This is design luxury in villa quality. The timelessly elegant cubic basic form corresponds with the materials used for the façade: clinker brick slips, glass and plaster. Within the framework of this clear architecture, the design of the façade and the shifting of balconies and terraces in relation to each other maximise privacy.
