During your training as an electronics technician for operating technology, you will learn how to install, maintain and repair electrical machines and control systems. You will develop a deep understanding of the wiring, control and monitoring of the technology that keeps our business running.

Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years

Be the expert when it comes to getting state-of-the-art machines and production systems up and running. During your training as a machine and plant operator (M/F/D), you will learn how to set up, monitor and control production processes. You will become the centrepiece of our production and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from initial commissioning to quality control.

Duration of training: 2 years

As an industrial ceramist for plant engineering (M/F/D), you are a specialist in the field of ceramic production and processing. You will learn how to masterfully use modern plant technology to manufacture high-quality ceramic products. You will be involved in the entire production process - from the preparation of the raw materials to the operation of the production systems and the quality control of the end products. In the process, you will develop a deep understanding of the processing of ceramics, which are of great importance in numerous industries.

Duration of training: 3 years

As an industrial mechanic in maintenance, you will ensure the smooth running of our production facilities. During your training, you will learn how to maintain, repair and service machines and systems in order to prevent breakdowns and maximise productivity. You will develop a deep understanding of mechanical systems and how they work. You will take on a wide range of tasks - from troubleshooting and fault rectification to carrying out regular maintenance work and optimising systems.

Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years

As an industrial clerk, you will play a central role in the organisation and administration of our company. During your training, you will pass through various departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources and gain a comprehensive insight into the commercial processes of a modern industrial company. You will learn how to compare offers, process orders, calculate costs and check contracts. You will also help us to optimise processes and maintain customer relationships.
